Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing and will take effect from the date they are received by Infamous Travel Co. LTD. Upon request, we can provide a tour cancellation confirmation letter to assist you in making a claim with your travel insurance provider.

Refunds are calculated based on the number of days prior to the scheduled tour start date on which the cancellation is received. Cancellations made 46 days or more before the tour start date are eligible for a full refund (100%) of the tour cost. Cancellations received between 31 and 45 days before the tour start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 30 days or fewer before the tour start date are non-refundable.

All customers are responsible for any transaction or processing fees associated with the refund.

All cancellations or re-bookings are subject to a minimum administration fee of €50 or $50 per person, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

If Infamous Travel Co. LTD has incurred any non-refundable costs or expenses, including but not limited to airline tickets or hotel reservations, these amounts will be deducted from any refund due.

INTERNATIONAL TOUR VISAS

For all international tours, obtaining the necessary visas is the sole responsibility of the customer. For certain destinations, Infamous Travel Co. LTD may provide visa support, advice, and assistance with documents such as Letters of Invitation (LOI) or visa authorisations. Such assistance does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval.

TOUR ITINERARY

Due to the nature of travel to our unique destinations, itineraries do not provide or imply a guarantee of the tour’s contents. While every effort will be made to operate itineraries as described and to find suitable replacements where necessary, Infamous Travel Co. LTD and its travel partners reserve the right to make changes to itineraries in response to unforeseeable events.

FORCE MAJEURE & NON-LIABILITY FOR CHANGES

Force majeure refers to any event or circumstance which could not, even with all due care, be foreseen or avoided. Such events may include, but are not limited to:

  • War or armed conflict

  • Pandemic or epidemic

  • Riot, civil strife, or terrorist activity

  • Industrial disputes

  • Natural or nuclear disasters

  • Adverse weather or road conditions

  • Fire

  • Bureaucratic obstacles or government restrictions

  • Border closures

  • Changes in schedules or modes of transport by airlines, ferry companies, bus or train operators

  • Any similar events beyond our control

Before Tour Commencement:
If a force majeure event arises prior to the start of the tour and results in our inability to operate the itinerary, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund.

During the Tour:
If such an event occurs during the tour and results in significant changes, delays, curtailment, or prevents completion of the itinerary as planned, Infamous Travel Co. LTD will make all reasonable efforts to arrange suitable alternatives. However:

  • Any additional costs incurred by the customer for onward travel, visas, or accommodation outside of the tour remain the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds for unused services will not be provided, except where recoverable from third-party suppliers.

LOCAL LAWS & CODE OF CONDUCT

Customers are required to follow local laws and regulations at all times. In the event of a breach of local law, Infamous Travel Co. LTD will not be held responsible, and the customer shall assume full responsibility for any resulting consequences, financial or otherwise.

Customers must also comply with all guidance and company rules issued by Infamous Travel Co. LTD.

Infamous Travel Co. LTD reserves the right to expel customers who refuse to abide by company policies. Expulsion may occur before or during the tour and will result in:

  • Immediate removal from the tour

  • No refund issued

  • The customer bearing full responsibility for any onward travel or related costs

If, prior to the start of a tour, it is determined that a customer may disregard local laws or customs, or otherwise place themselves or the group at risk, Infamous Travel Co. LTD reserves the right to take preventative measures, including refusal of service or cancellation of participation.

Breach of Company Ethos

Breaching company ethos may result in expulsion. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Disrespect toward Infamous Travel Co. LTD staff, local partners, or fellow guests

  • Racism, hate speech, or discriminatory behaviour of any kind

  • Harassment, intimidation, or disruptive conduct

  • Disregard for local customs and cultural sensitivities

  • Refusal to follow instructions from tour guides, particularly in sensitive or high-risk destinations

  • Reckless or dangerous behaviour that may compromise personal or group safety

By booking with Infamous Travel Co. LTD, the customer agrees to uphold this code of conduct.

PAYMENT POLICY

Tours are invoiced in the currency advertised on our website (EUR or USD). Payments received in other currencies will be credited at the prevailing exchange rate on the day they are received.

When paying by bank transfer, you must include ONLY the invoice number provided as the payment reference.
Do NOT include the tour destination name or “Infamous Travel Co. LTD” in the payment reference.

Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the tour and forfeiture of any monies paid.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Infamous Travel Co. LTD accepts no responsibility, in whole or in part, and the customer agrees that Infamous Travel Co. LTD is not liable for any claims or liabilities arising from, including but not limited to:

  • Delays

  • Loss or theft

  • Accidents or incidents

  • Force majeure events

  • Personal injury or illness

  • Medical expenses

  • Property damage occurring during the tour

Customers are therefore required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance. Insurance coverage must include, but is not limited to:

  • Medical and health cover

  • Emergency assistance and repatriation

  • Cancellation and curtailment

  • Lost or stolen possessions

  • Personal liability

All claims must be directed to the customer’s insurance provider.

IMAGE CONSENT & PROMOTIONAL USE POLICY

By signing up for a tour with Infamous Travel Co. LTD, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice (“Image”) in photographs, videos, or other media captured during the tour.

This consent grants Infamous Travel Co. LTD the right to use such material for promotional and commercial purposes worldwide and in perpetuity, unless a written request to withhold such use is submitted prior to exploitation.

This consent also applies to any media voluntarily shared with Infamous Travel Co. LTD by customers, including but not limited to content shared via:

  • Email

  • Group chats

  • Social media platforms

If you do not wish to grant these rights, you must notify Infamous Travel Co. LTD in writing prior to the commencement of the tour. Participation in the tour constitutes acceptance of these terms.
